Rooms are organised by age group, so babies have their own calm, low-stimulation space separate from the busier pre-school room. Furniture and resources are set at child height throughout, so children can reach what they need rather than waiting to be handed it.
Children get outdoor time as part of the daily routine, with space to run, climb and play away from the busier streets of the town centre. Kirkby's own parks and green spaces are close by for outings beyond the nursery grounds.

Every member of the team owns a piece of Bloom and receives a paid profit share each Christmas, so the people caring for your child have a real stake in getting it right. Older children in our out of school clubs can even work towards becoming a junior play worker, taking on real responsibility as they grow.
We have nine settings across Liverpool and Knowsley: Aintree, Prescot, Barlows Primary, Kirkby Town Centre, Huyton, Northwood, Southdene, Stockbridge Village and Tuebrook. We welcome children from 3 months to 5 years across our settings, following the EYFS framework from babyhood through to school readiness. Bloom @ Aintree also offers out of school care for children aged 5 to 11, so families can stay with us for longer.

Yes. Every 3 and 4 year old is entitled to 15 universal hours a week regardless of work status, and working families can access 30 hours a week for 3 and 4 year olds, or from when their child turns 9 months old, provided each parent works at least the equivalent of 16 hours a week and neither earns over £100,000. We also accept tax-free childcare and can talk you through what you're eligible for.
